We are at 2901 Denton Tap Road (across Highland Drive from the Market Street Shopping Center – on the Lewisville/Coppell border), Lewisville, Texas 75067.
There are two worship services each Sunday, both held in the sanctuary. Our 8:30 a.m. service is more traditional in nature with liturgy, hymns and music provided by the choir and piano accompaniment. The 11:00 a.m. service is more contemporary worship with praise music and variety of musical instruments.

Inspirational and informative sermons by the pastor, and member participation, are included in every service. Each worship service lasts about an hour.

Arrive a few minutes before service, as we have ample parking and seating.
The church has parking on the south, east and west sides of the building. You are welcome to use one of the guest parking spaces conveniently located in front of the building.

There are several accessible parking spaces marked in front of the church and senior parking on the front west side of the building.

Anywhere! The choir sits on the right side of the altar area, instrumentalists on the left and the pastor speaks from the center. Generally anyone who speaks during the service uses a microphone.

Song lyrics and visual aids are projected on large screens on both sides of the sanctuary, so screen location may be a factor in your seating decision. Hymnals and bulletins are also available.

Dressing up is not expected at VRUMC. Some do wear their “Sunday best,” but you’re also likely to see slacks, jeans and casual shirts. We believe the most important part about Sunday morning is arriving, ready to worship God.
You will not be singled out as a visitor. Everyone is greeted on arrival and with a handshake during the service when the congregation connects with one another. We ask that you complete an attendance card during the service.
No. We pass the collection plate during the service to help support our ministry, but participation is voluntary. If you do want to give an offering, whatever you are comfortable sharing is fine. You will not be pressured to give. Envelopes are available for privacy.
The communion process is explained during the service and is open to anyone who would like to participate. Communion is typically served at both services on the first Sunday of the month and following the 8:30 a.m. service all other Sundays.
Following each worship service, Mary Beth Hardesty-Crouch greets everyone as people leave the sanctuary. Feel free to shake her hand and tell her that you are a guest.
Children of all ages participate in the services. Nursery facilities are available for infants and toddlers, and Children’s Church for ages 3 through second grade. The kids enjoy a short children’s time during the service and then meet in another room for a special message during the sermon time. They return to the sanctuary prior to the end of the service.
