We all recognize that we need a little more patience in our lives. The Israelites lost patience in the wilderness because they had unrealistic expectations and misconceptions about God. They learned patience the hard way. Perhaps we can learn from them and recognize that we will have more patience when we have realistic expectations of our circumstances and when we let ourselves experience God’s grace and patience in our own lives.
