Bread and Pastries Deliveries from Local Grocery Store to the CCA Food Pantry

Thank you to our wonderful volunteers who are the hands and feet of Jesus and continue to serve our community partners during the public health crisis. They pick up bread and pastry items from area grocery stores and deliver them to the Christian Community Action Food Pantry.

Our church also serves in the food pantry the second and fourth Mondays of each month from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m. While the food pantry is closed because of COVID-19, volunteers place packaged groceries into vehicles for the angels who are driving through to receive assistance. Anyone 16 and older can help. The food pantry is considered an essential service, thereby allowing volunteers to leave the stay-at-home order to assist the nonprofit organization.
